Ofer Yannay is the founder and Chairman of “Nofar Energy,” a company that establishes and initiates renewable energy projects in Israel and overseas, some of which are the first of their kind.
Yannay is one of the leaders of the renewable energy revolution in Israel and a pioneer in the field of energy storage. He is also the chairman of the Yannay Foundation, which supports various social and philanthropic enterprises. He was selected by the leading Israeli financial magazine Calcalist as one of the 100 most influential businesspeople in Israel, as well as one of the 50 most influential Jews in the world by The Jerusalem Post Magazine.
He lives in Ra’anana and has a daughter, Shira, for whom he wrote his previous book, The Princess with the Golden Heart.
