About the Author

Carole is an author, nurse, grief companion, and death doula. She lives in upstate NY with her husband and enjoys spending time with her six grandchildren, gardening, and creating. Her hospice background and personal experience with grief and loss inspired her to share this true story to ignite conversations between children and adults living with grief.
